Motorists should be warned that there are roadwords on Oxford High Street, The Plain and St Clements that may cause delays (the Plain is the name of the roundabout connecting Cowley Road, St Clements, and the High Street).
The East Oxford Community Centre is 10–15 minutes’ walk from central Oxford, straight up the High Street and along Cowley Road.
Five minutes by bus: catch the 1, 5, 5A, or 5B from Queen Street or
Carfax (approx £1·20). Ring the bell when you see a place called ‘Chicken Cottage’
on your left-hand side; there is a bus stop right outside the EOCC.
