Special star guest

This year Caption is proud to welcome Carla Speed McNeil, creator of the strange and wonderful world of Finder, an all-embracing envionment of high technology and strange culture, complex societies and entrancing individuals; a future so ancient it feels lived-in. You can find out more on Carla's own excellent Lightspeed Press website, which contains online versions of recent episodes as well as an exclusive short story, though to see her work in its full glory, we highly recommend that you go buy some of her comics (available in all good comic shops).

Special star guest

We also see the return of Bryan Talbot to Caption, creator of (amongst many other works) the alternate-world epics The Adventures of Luther Arkwright (1987-89) and Heart of Empire (1999), the latter available as a multimedia CD-ROM as well as on paper. Read more on Bryan's official fan site.

On-line comics-creation game

Play The Picky Picky Game, where you vote on the next panel of an evolving comic-strip story, and can even upload candidates for next week's panel.
